Medifube is the storefront brand operated by IBBY RIPS LLC ("we," "us" and "our"). These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform.
Please also read our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. For help, visit Customer Support. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections.
1. Using our store
You must be of legal age to enter a purchase contract, or have any required permission. Use the store lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, transmit malicious code, interfere with security, infringe others' rights, impersonate someone or submit fraudulent information. We may restrict access for legitimate security, fraud-prevention or legal reasons, subject to applicable law.
2. Products and availability
We aim to describe products accurately. Screen displays may affect how colors appear. Availability can change, but changes do not remove obligations for an accepted order or your rights when goods are defective or misdescribed.
3. Prices and payment
The price disclosed and accepted at purchase applies to your order. Applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout. Standard shipping is free within the United States, with no minimum purchase. Payment is processed by payment service providers, and you must be authorized to use your selected payment method.
If a material pricing error affects an order, we will contact you about the correction and available options rather than charge a higher amount without your agreement. Changes to advertised prices do not automatically alter an accepted order.
4. Orders and acceptance
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order and is not by itself a guarantee of acceptance. Order acceptance and any resulting obligations remain subject to applicable law. We may review orders for payment authorization, availability, suspected fraud or material errors.
Once accepted, an order remains subject to our obligations to fulfill it and your applicable rights. If we cannot supply an order or must cancel it for a legitimate reason, we will notify you and refund the amounts collected for the canceled order. We will not retain payment for goods we cancel without supplying.
5. Shipping and delivery
Processing is the time before an order is handed to the carrier; transit is the time from carrier handoff to delivery. Estimates depend on the order and destination. Contact us for the current processing and transit estimate before ordering, or for an update on an existing order. Any specific shipping commitment given with your order remains applicable to that order.
Our Shipping Policy explains free U.S. standard shipping, business-day definitions, tracking, delayed dispatch, carrier delays and missing packages. Where required, a dispatch-delay notice will give you the choice to accept revised timing or cancel for a prompt refund. Using a carrier does not remove our responsibilities.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee begins on confirmed delivery. Product returns are not required or accepted under our standard refund process, and no hypothetical shipping cost is deducted from free-shipping orders. See the Refund Policy for eligibility, request steps and payment-provider posting information.
Contact support promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment. A practical inability to stop a dispatched parcel does not remove statutory cancellation, non-delivery, defective-goods or payment-dispute rights.
7. Accounts and communications
Keep account access details confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may send operational messages about orders or support. Marketing choices are separate and described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Content, reviews and third-party services
Store content is owned by us or used with permission. You may use it for lawful personal shopping; commercial reuse requires permission unless the law provides otherwise. If you submit a review or other content for publication, it must be truthful and respect others' rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce that submitted content in connection with our services, subject to applicable law and privacy rights.
External tools and websites, including tracking providers, have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their independent operations. This does not exclude any responsibility we cannot legally exclude.
9. Website availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. We will address errors affecting purchases consistently with our obligations. To the extent permitted by law, website services are provided on an “as available” basis and liability for indirect or consequential loss may be limited. These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct or anything the law prohibits us from excluding, and do not restrict statutory product, delivery or refund rights.
10. Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law governs transactions and disputes, including mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. These terms do not select a new exclusive jurisdiction or require arbitration. Contact Customer Support about an issue without giving up any legal remedy.
11. Changes and other terms
We may update these terms and will provide notice where legally required. Updates do not retroactively remove rights from completed purchases. A provision that is unenforceable will be limited to the extent necessary; other lawful provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. Ending website access does not remove obligations for existing orders.
These terms and the linked policies govern the relevant services. The more specific policy applies to its subject matter, subject always to applicable law; the Privacy Policy governs personal-information handling.
